Reservations
A block of rooms has been set aside at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport for our event, with rooms available from the night before we start (Wednesday, November 8th) and extended through check-out as late as Saturday, November 11th (though our meeting ends on the 10th).
Standard rooms reserved within the NSF NRI PI Meeting block will have a rate of $182 per night (for single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes or $207 per night (for triple occupancy) plus applicable taxes.
You can make room reservations in this block either online or by calling 1-888-421-1442 and referencing our event name : NSF NRI PI Meeting.
Reservations must be made by the cut-off date of October 18, 2017, while rooms are available. Reservations made after that time will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates - if any rooms are available.
Please be advised that reservations made for days outside of our block might incur higher or lower room rates, depending on the day.
Make your lodging reservation early to secure a room - available rooms may be sold out sooner than the deadline!
Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch will be served on both days of the NSF NRI PI Meeting.
