Breakout Sessions
The breakouts will take place in the Boardroom, on the 2nd floor of the hotel: it seats 16 around a permanently installed conference table, with space on each side for 5 more chairs on each long wall - seating 26 total in room. Some presentation A/V will be available in the room; please bring any connectors you might need to present with, as we may not have what you need on hand.
- The DOE breakout session will be Thursday during lunch (12-1pm).
- DOE participants should first go to the Independence B and pick up their
lunch plate, plus rolled silverware, and then take all to the Boardroom for
their breakout session.
A server has been assigned to the Boardroom during this period to refresh beverages and clear as needed. - The USDA breakout session will be Thursday during Poster Session 2 (5:30-6:30pm).
